If you make a booking with us we collect full names, email address, passport numbers, passport nationality, and age because we are required to report this to Congreso General Guna Yala upon entering the indigenous territory where our trips our operated.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
We keep contact form submissions on file for up to 1 year for customer service purposes, but we do not share the information submitted through them with any third parties.

If you make a booking with us we share the names, passport numbers, nationality and ages of each guest with Congreso General Guna Yala, the executive department of the indigenous government which exerts authority the territory where trips operate.
If you make a booking with us we enter the names, passport numbers, nationality and ages of each guest on to documents in Google Drive and we share this information with our staff members through Whatsapp.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
